- Large pomegranate
- Jonagold or Honeycrisp apples
- Bartlett pears
- Organic baby spinach

- Extra light Olive oil
- Organic apple cider vinegar
- Raw honey
- Sea salt

How to Make Pear Apple Pomegranate Pecan Spinach Salad
First thing first, rinse all the fruits. De-seed pomegranate. Cube pears, apples, and cheese. Arrange the salad by placing spinach into a large bowl. Layout cubed apples, pears, and cheese. Then add cranberries, toasted pecans, and pomegranate seeds on top of the spinach.
Honey Apple Cider Vinaigrette Instructions for the Pear Apple Pomegranate Pecan Spinach Salad
Next, into a small glass bowl combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, raw honey, and salt. Stir the ingredients together with a hand whisker to combine.
Finally, pour the Honey Apple Cider Vinaigrette over the salad.
Mix the salad gently with salad hands and serve right away.
Also, if making the salad ahead of time you will need to soak apples and pears in the lemon marinade before adding them to the salad, this will prevent them from darkening.
How to make Lemon Marinade
¼ cup water, 1 tbsp. organic sugar, and juice from 1 large lemon. Mix all the ingredients together. Then toss and soak apples and pears for 5 minutes).
NOTE: The salad can be prepared a couple of hours before serving. Cover the salad bowl with a lid and keep it refrigerated until ready to serve. Cover Honey Apple Cider Vinaigrette bowl with a lid and refrigerate as well.
