Remember that, in a game of this magnitude with so many great DLC packs, build preferences can be subjective. Yet, we chose this build based on its effectiveness and how much fun it is to use during gameplay.
What is The Anarchist Perk Deck?
The Anarchist Perk Deck is a set of passive abilities that provide extra player armor in exchange for health, better headshot damage, increased movement speed while under fire, and improved ammo pick-up rates.
The main focus of this perk deck is allowing the player to sustain more damage directly to their armor and quickly regenerate it, thus making them more aggressive. The Anarchist Perk Deck also rewards players for getting consecutive kills.
This style of aggressive play makes the Anarchist build one of the most fun in Payday 2. It stacks up well against any of the other top Payday 2 builds.
Anarchist Passive and Active Abilities
- Blitzkrieg Bop: This passive ability will allow the player to regenerate armor even during combat continuously. Moreover, if your armor happens to be fully depleted, you will be immune to damage for two seconds.
- Helmet Popping: Your headshot damage is increased by 25%.
- Straight Edge: Half of your health gets converted into 100% of your armor.
- Blendin’ In: This ability provides +1 concealment, and your movement speed will not get affected by armor by 15%.
- Death or Glory: Half of your health converts into 110% of your armor.
- Walk-in Closet: You unlock a free armor bag that can get used to change your armor during a heist. This ability also increases the armor pickup rate to 135%.
- Rise Above: Half of your health converts into 120% of your armor.
- Fast and Furious: Weapon damage increases by 5%, except for melee weapons, throwables, and launchers. Also, your doctor bag interaction speed is increased by 20%.
- Lust for Life: Dealing damage grants ten armor points every 1.5 seconds.
Note: Skills and perk decks that increase armor regeneration rate cannot be stacked with the Anarchist Perk Deck.

The Akimbo Judge Shotguns offer widespread and significant damage that can help you take out multiple enemies simultaneously. Their only real downside is their limited range.

For short weapons, the Akimbo Kross Vertex Submachine Guns offer low recoil and decent accuracy that can be improved with mods, making them great weapons for medium to close-range gunfights.

Every great weapon in this game has its limitations, and it’s important to remember that you will have to reload more frequently with these submachine guns because of their fast rate of fire.
While these weapons are great for fast-paced and aggressive players, it is essential to have a backup plan in case these SMGs run out of ammo.
